What is Juvéderm®?

Juvéderm® is a smooth gel made of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. Dr. Hakki eases Juvéderm® injectable gel under the skin to instantly restore volume and smooth away facial wrinkles. The gel is injected under smile lines, the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth.

What makes Juvéderm® special?

Juvéderm® injectable gel is the first FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is proven to be safe and effective for all skin colors. Juvéderm® provides a smooth and natural look and feel. Studies show superior results of Juvéderm® compared to a collagen-based dermal filler. Almost 90% of all study volunteers treated with both Juvéderm® injectable gel and other dermal fillers preferred Juvéderm®. Juvéderm® is indicated for injection into the mid to deep dermis for correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. The other dermal filler used in this study was Zyplast® dermal filler.

Recovery

The Juvéderm® injection process takes around 15 minutes and results are immediate, allowing Luxxery patients to stop by for a quick treatment and step right back into their regular schedules.
